INTRODUCTION
1.1 Background
History has revealed that Pancasila is the soul of all the Indonesian people, who gives life force to the Indonesian nation and guide him in the pursuit of inner and outer life are the better, in the Indonesian society in a fair and prosperous.
That the Five Principles that have been accepted and established as the basis for the country as stated in the preamble of the Constitution of 1945 is the nation's personality and outlook on life, who have tested the truth, and supernatural abilities, so no one any force that could separate from the life of the nation of Pancasila Indonesia .
Realizing that for the preservation of the ability and supernatural power that Pancasila, should be attempted in a real and continuous appreciation and pengamamalan noble values contained therein by any Indonesian citizens, each and every institution of state administrators of state and social institutions, both at central and regions.
2.1 Limitation Problem
To avoid any confusion in the preparation of this paper, the authors restrict the issues to be discussed include:
1. What does Pancsila?
2. How understanding of Pancasila as the Indonesian People's view of Life?
3. How is the translation of Pancasila as the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia?
4. How is the translation of each of the precepts of Pancasila?

In preparing this paper, the authors have several objectives, namely:
1. The author would like to know the true meaning of Pancasila
2. In essence, Pancasila has two functions namely as a way of life and as a basic state and therefore the authors would like to describe them.
3. The author would like to explore / explore the meaning of the precepts - precepts of Pancasila

In the completion of preparation of this paper the authors use literature study, namely the author to find books that relate to the Pancasila and citizenship.

BASIS THEORY
2.1 Definition of Pancasila
Pancasila, or five means the five basic principles which is the name of the foundation of our country, the Republic of Indonesia. The five precepts as one entity in the value of Indonesian society by the Preparatory Committee for Indonesian Independence (PPKI) made of the State of Indonesia.

3. Sila Unity of Indonesia
With the principle of unity of Indonesia, the Indonesian people putting the unity, unity, and the interest and safety of the nation above personal interests and groups. Unity was developed on the basis of Unity in Diversity, by promoting interaction and unity for the sake of the unity of the nation.

Pancasila is the basic worldview of the nation and the Republic of Indonesia. Pancasila is also a source of community mental health and state of the Republic of Indonesia.
